 * Does this plugin (or any other that you know of) allow me as the admin to upload
   a personalized document or report into the members unique “personal space” (just
   for them, not all members)?

 * There are ways to customize a user dashboard of sorts. But you’d need a way of
   maintaining user files in a way that makes it identifiable as to what belongs
   to what user (such as a directory structure where the directory of the user is
   the user’s ID).
 * So, to answer your question, it’s possible to do it. But it’s not an included
   feature of the plugin.

 * I should also point out, the plugin does now include file/image field types so
   you can create a field for managing this, which can be “admin only” by leaving
   the “display?” option unchecked.
 * However, that does not specifically restrict the file – that’s not a feature 
   at this time, although it may be in the future.
