Can you only attach a custom document in the PDF module, if you have the booster plus? I created the custom document and saved it. Under the Email Options tab I have it checked off to send the custom document upon a new order, but its not coming through on emails. I notice in the general tab of the pdf module, that it is shaded out for custom document, so not sure why.

What am I doing wrong, or what am I missing?

Hi,

Could you share the screenshot of the settings where it’s greyed out? Could you check that you really have Booster Plus installed (with versions 3 or above).

I do not have Booster Plus, I have the free version which is why I asked if you can only use the Custom Document if you have the paid version. Did you still need me to screen shot it?

I see. Unfortunately custom documents are only available to Booster Plus customers. You can find out about limitations like this for free customers here: https://booster.io/booster-woocommerce-free-vs-plus/.
