# Custom dates in Analytics

 * The custom dates in Analytics are not working correctly. When you select a date
   or change the month in “Custom”, the window closes and you can’t click on “Update”.
   Can you help us with this problem?

 * It sounds like this could be a JavaScript conflict with another plugin or theme.
   To troubleshoot, please try disabling all other plugins and switching to a default
   theme like Storefront. If the problem persists, it might be related to a caching
   issue. In this case, you could try clearing your browser cache or using a different
   browser.
 * Rest assured, I tried replicating the issue on Firebase, Chrome, and Safari, 
   and everything seems to work fine on my end.

 * Additionally, please can you share a copy of the following:
    - **System Status Report:** Navigate to **WooCommerce → Status**. Select **Get
      system report** and then **Download for Support**.
    - **Fatal Error log:** Share a copy of any fatal error log found under **WooCommerce
      → Status → Logs**.
