@ckhatton can you elaborate a bit? Which date format is it showing and what are you selecting? I just testing this on my test site and the setting is working fine.
I have selected the date format “Default date format as defined in Settings”, yet on the front-end it still shows the job dates as relative to the current date.

What does “Default date format as defined in Settings” even mean? In which settings?

@ckhatton basically this is respecting the global date format that you set in your WordPress Settings, so you can either use that or override it.

Going back to the issue now, selecting “Default date format as defined in Settings” has no effect and on the front-end it still shows the job dates as relative to the current date as you can see…

@ckhatton the likely explanation here is that your theme is doing this, so I would contact them. Maybe there is something in your theme settings?
