    Hi,
    I have a question:
I know that some are recommending this plugin for CSS style changes
    http://wordpress.org/plugins/custom-css-manager-plugin
I went to the plugin page. This CSS Manager plugin has not been updated in 2 years and it seems the support is gone as well.
Is there another plugin you would recommend that would be compatible with the 2017 Theme?
    Thanks

Have you tried the plugin? You should find it isn’t broken, but that people just haven’t contributed to is “compatible up to” feedback.

The theme also provides an option to provide custom CSS, or you can use a Child Theme for your custom CSS.

These are enough choices for you to make the appropriate CSS modifications. You can search the plugins directory yourself for alternative plugins.
