Custom CSS & Menu Option

    Hi –

    I have WP installed on my local machine, I have not posted my changes to the host because the issues I am having. I am using Version 1.3.
    Custom CSS – I have added custom CSS to Appearance > Theme Options > Custom CSS but no changes are happening to the UI. When I save my changes what css file is supposed to be updated? I can I verify? If I edit the sytle.css directly my changes work. How can I fix it so the custom css updates the UI?

    Menu Option – I upgraded to Version 1.3 yesterday. Prior to that under Appearance > Theme Options there used to be a Menu option which I had made changes to. After I update the Menu option isn’t listed and my changes are no longer in effect. Where should I make my menu changes now?
