 * Apologies for the delay. The AMP custom CSS is working on the live site but not
   on the staging site (clone site). Is it expected behavior for it to not work 
   on the staging site by default?

 * Hi there, thank you for sharing your concern. No, it should function correctly
   on both the live and staging environments. Could you please provide a URL for
   the staging site where the issue is not being reflected? This will enable us 
   to assist you further.
