    Step by step, are you Properly Creating the Form and Fields?

    I think so, I complete all the fields in the create a form section hit the blue create a form button and nothing appears in the manage forms list. I have also tried the quick start guide, using the insert default content but nothing.
    Just in case I tried to insert the short code but nothing – unless you can tell me what I’m doing wrong it’s back to fast secure contact form for me!
