You created a great plugin Volkov! My problem is the same one as the guy below. However, I’ve seen you ask other users to create their own topic, so here I am.
The contrast option worked fine with the built-in options, but when I added custom colors, the button to “choose” from them, does not do anything. Actually, I believe the problem is elsewhere, cause I choose the custom colors, click on “save colors”, and then on “update options”, but when the page reloads, sometimes some of the colors are gone. Sometimes only one of them is there, while the other 3 simply disappeared. In other tries there were 2, or 3, even the 4 of them, but the plugin is not working, and when I reload the admin page they eventually disappear.

    Here’s the printscreen you wanted:

    The url from the site:

Furthermore, when I was using the standard contrast colors, I was able to choose and everything would be almost perfect (with the exception of the logo and the sides). However, when I clicked a link to go to the next post or to a different category, some parts have their background in the original color (but the sides are the way I wanted).
Here is the SS after you turn on contrast:

And here is after you advance to a different post:

Actually, I wanted to use only the Invert Colors function, because it’s simply perfect for me (with the exception of some images that I would like to know how to block from the inversion), but since the cookies do not carry on in that option (or so I read in the forums here), I’m having those problems with the contrast options.

I use Google Chrome Version 56.0.2924.87, but I’ve also tested that with Microsoft Edge and Firefox Developer Edition.

So either option would be great to help me, although the cookies in the Invert would be my choice. Not that I’m demanding anything, as I don’t have the right to. I appreciate the help and the plugin.

Well, one more time thank you for the well described bug report!

All issues with contrast buttons on custom mode has been resolved.

Please update to the next (0.5.8) plugin version

    Thanks for the fast fix!

It updated automatically and both my site and another that was using it are working properly. ^_^

Still, I’m still facing some custom colors disappearance sometimes. I was fiddling with them to find the better hues, and sometimes one or two would disappear altogether. Once they worked and I didn’t change them, they remain there, so it was not a problem. XD

Anyway, is there any code I could include to be able to “change”(automatically) or to “invert” the color of my Logo in a set contrast option? The thing is, I can remove the background of my logo, leaving it just black with no background. However, if I add a Black Background/white letters contrast option, the logo will disappear. Is there any code that could help with that detail, or at least point me in the direction? (I suck at coding, all I could find is the “html” => ‘Invert colors’, but I have no idea how does that actually work).

I’m trying to get something like they have in http://gravitytales.com/ The logo changes its color once you select the dark mode.

Thank you for everything so far!

Well, in your reference I see that it is custom development for specific needs…

In your case you need custom “touch”. Not all WordPress themes are perfect and built correctly, sometimes plugins can not cover all user issues. I think you need CSS fix or maybe some graphic changes for you logo…

Anyway, invert colors button can not be a part of contrast…

And do not forget clear cache 😉
