[Custom Content Type Manager] All my custom post types and fields are gone!

    At some point during the last couple of WP upgrades all my custom post types created and managed by Custom Content Type Manager have disappeared! All the post types, all the fields. They worked for years, but now they’re gone!

    Help! How do I get those post types and all that content back?

    I’ve tried reinstalling the plugin, changing themes, repairing and optimizing the database. Everything is still missing!
