Custom Content Blocker

    Hi,
    i am trying to create a content blocker for the onesignal push notifications.
    Onesingals loads the following script:
    https://cdn.onesignal.com/sdks/OneSignalSDK.js?ver=5.9.3

    What I want to get:
    Block the loading of the script until the user consents.
    After the users consent the javascript file should be loaded.

    Any hints for that?
