 * how can I publish the custom contact sheet? I’ve been at this for at least 2 
   hours now. fraustrated
    There is already a contact sheet on my site. I want to
   change and update it to a custom one

 * But I suspect you need to ask the theme developer how to remove the existing 
   form/page first.
