custom commission in product page

Hello, i did not understand how to manage commission directly in the product page.
I have installed woocommerce and the plugin https://docs.wpwebelite.com/woocommerce-pdf-vouchers/ that declare compatibility with Dokan: https://docs.wpwebelite.com/woocommerce-pdf-vouchers/plugins-compatibility/

I am not able to set % or flat fee in product page (in your guides you show the screenshot of a variable product and set commision under “advanced” tab). Is a feature of PRO Version?
