custom column resizer control missing

    i’ve used Kadence blocks on several sites, and on my latest one, the control handle between the 2 column row is nowhere to be found. Ive tried disabling all plugins, reactivating Kadence, and nothing. i’m on the latest version 1.85.
    anything i could be missing?
