Hi, I have created custom code wp_city in the form and I am using it in the email with confirmation email. When the system sends the email after user sends her registration form data, everything works fine and the code is replaced by the content – the city value from registration form.

But – if the user does not click the confirmation link in the email, forgets the email, wants to log in the Dashboard and activates the resend confirmation link in the process. The new, resent confirmation email has just {} instead the proper content – the city entrered during the registration.

Also – is there any way how admin could resend a confirmation email to particular user?
Also2 -is there any way how to send welcome email after the user clicks on the confirmation link?

    Thanks,
    Pavel.

  • Hello PumpaXXL,

Looks like the bug for rendering the smart tag while resending the email confirmation email. This has been fixed and will be available in the next version update.

There is no way for admin to resend confirmation email, user only can resend the confirmation email. However, admin can directly verify or unverify the users email address from the users tab.

Confirmation email itself is designated to be a welcome email, there will not be another email sent.

    Thank You!
