    Hi,
I have set up few extra fields in checkout billing and additional sections, but am struggling to display these in PDF invoice. I use the WooCommerce PDF Invoices & Packing Slips plugin for invoices that you claim to be compatible.
I use all latest versions as of today for your plugin (5.5.1.), Woocommerce (5.9.0.) and WooCommerce PDF Invoices & Packing Slips (2.10.4). WordPress (5.8.2.)
I also tried uninstalling all the rest of the plugins apart from these 3 and it made no difference – fields are still not displaying on PDF invoices.
Can you please advise the solutions for the fix?
    Many thanks.

  • Please debug as following in order to identify origin of issue:

    • Please confirm that your overall website is up to date (plugins, theme, WP core)
    • Deactivate plugins one by one testing each time.
    • Switch to Storefront theme and test
    • Disable any custom scripts you might have.

    Hi,
Yes, I can confirm all that. Double checked and none of the new custom checkout fields showed up in the PDF invoice.
Also had an issue that if I wanted to update address in My account – conditional fields that were set as Required when displayed in checkout, they were required in in My Account by default, but not visible.
Anyhow, I have since replaced your plugin with a different one as it was a matter of urgency to sort it out.
