Custom Button can’t add image

    Hello, I want to make a custom donation button, but when I try to add image from the plugin settings nothing happens. I tried both through uploading an image directly from PC and using file that I have uploaded to my wordpress. Both ways when I click insert image, the menu just closes and nothing happens.

    Can you assist me with the problem.
