Custom booking forms

I’m wondering about the “Custom booking forms” for pro.

Does this mean that the free users can’t use the First Name and Last Name label in the class=”em-booking-form-details” And only use the Name label?

I basically only need the first name, last name and e-mail.
Phone and comment aren’t necessary.

Or is this what the Custom booking forms do?
Or did I mis something in the settings?
