 * I really do appreciate the plugin getting past the https protocol but no way 
   to add a custom amount field? My price field wont show up unless I set an amount…
   Unfortunately each of my clients customers wont be paying the same amount

 * The is a deal breaker for me too. I was quite surprised that it does not support
   such a basic feature. The description should be clearer. I went through all the
   hassle of registering and installing, etc…
