    Despite being told not to, some of my users are using Custom Amount in iZettle when they can’t find a product. The order is being created in Woo, but the item line is just showing “iZettle item id: 1” and there is not actual Woo product. This is stopping the Woo to Xero we have set up from sending the order over to Xero.

    Is there an answer to this? Ideally a “custom amount” product, but I don’t really mind 🙂

    So sorry for the very late answer to your question!

    How would you like this to work? One idea would be to configure the plugin to use a specific product or just a product text if a custom amount is used.
