    Hello,

    I wish to change the notification email the administrator when a user creates a blog on wordpress multisite 3.9.2.

    New user registered on your site %blogname%
Username: %user_login%
E-mail: %user_email%
Address: %=rpr_address%
Phone: %=rpr_phone%

    What is the location of the file I need to change?
