CusRev Broken Product – Review Transfer

    Good Morning! We use the Customer Reviews for Woocommerce Plugin. It works great, but now we have a big technical issue. Our best rated product is broken. You can see it in the catalogue but the product page cannot be opened. As a consequence the collected reviews cannot be seen. The easiest solution would be to duplicate the product (we already tried this and it works) and transfer the existing reviews to the new “identical” product. Can anyone tell me how to do this? We tried searching for the reviews in our database but we could not find them. I really would appreciate your help!!! Thanks a lot, best wishes from Germany, Martina

    Hi,

    Thank you for using CusRev.

    Yes, it is possible. You can try to export reviews then sort them by product ID and change the product ID that reviews are associated with and import the file back to your site. Please read more on this solution How to Import and Export WooCommerce Reviews.

    Hi, I tried importing reviews as you recommended and it works well. But I loose the “verified” status using this method. How can I make the system understand that the review has been verified by CusRev? Thanks so much, Martina
