  • I need phone contact information regarding my issue; access to my domain is no longer available to me. I want to know what is needed to re-establish access. It is possible the domain has expired. If that is the case, how do I/we pay to retain access?

  • If you know who the domain registrar is, go to their website and log in to see if domain is still valid. If you don’t know or can’t log in, go to a whois site – GoDaddy has one, link at the very bottom of their page – type in your domain name. It should tell you when the domain expires and who the registrar is. You must contact the registrar about getting your domain back.
