    Purchased easyrecipe plus and easyindex plus. I Have opened previous tickets which were never answered. The last ticket I opened was finally acknowledged but has now been open for 42 days with no activity, ever. I asked for a status update weeks ago and no response. The website said paid plus users will receive support within a few days. Not true.

    No acknowledgement or information about the lack of support has been posted by the developer on the plugin web page but he will still take your money, no questions asked. I have stopped using and have uninstalled easyindex because of the lack of support but I still need to use easyrecipe for now.
