Current selected category not showing after multi select

Thanks for this beautiful and very useful plugin!!!

I have implemented in my site http://ofri.in with auto-submit on select as you mentioned in the thread https://wordpress.org/support/topic/auto-submit-on-select?replies=4

What I am facing is…
While selecting a specific category under “All Offer Categories” say example “Automobiles”, with next combo ‘All Cities’, the first combo’s label returned to default label “All offer categories”. Please tell me how to retain the selected values there.

any help in this regard is greatly appreciated.
