 * When a custom post type archive is added as a submenu it doesn’t give the parent
   menu a ‘current-menu-ancestor’ class as it does with any other page.
 * Is there a workaround for this?

 * I ended up having to put these links in as custom links and then they worked.
   I don’t quite understand how the functionality for custom post type archives 
   is there in the menu interface but it doesn’t work properly – a bug maybe?
