Current 'Like Us' Plugin Sought

My client likes the ‘Like Us’ plugin that is found on http://www.linandjirsa.com, which pops up only when one scrolls to the page bottom.

I looked it up on http://www.wpthemedetector.com, and it says it’s wordpress.org/plugins/facebook-like-box

It hasn’t been updated in over 2 years.

Anyone know of a newer plugin that I could use?
