  • No, It will support all currency. There is an option ‘Rates in base currency’ in the plugin settings, which allows you to convert FedEx returned rates to your base currency.

I see. Thank you for your response.
But I keep getting this issue when in checkout page:

    Thank you!

The debug data saying that there is no valid service available between your geographic area. Can you please make sure the availability of some services between your origin and destination by using FedEx rate calculator?

Hi, i use this plugin “WooCommerce Price Based on Country” with Fedex shipping method.

Our Fedex’s account based on Hong Kong Dollar, the shipping rate is correct when i choose HK’ shipping address. But when i choose for Australia, the rate won’t converted to AUD, it’s still in HKD rate. Any solution? Thanks

Our plugin converts the rates to the Woocommerce base currency.

You can see the WooCommerce base currency by checking WooCommerce >General

I am sorry, but I have no idea of the third party plugin provided by you.

    Kindly change the WooCommerce currency.
