 * I hope you are well today and thank you for your question.
 * You can change the default currency setting to GPB from USD by selecting it in
   the drop down list of Paypal Currency displayed on the following path.
 * Admin Area -> Appointments -> Settings -> General Tab -> Payment Settings -> 
   Paypal Currency
