As you’re looking to have multiple formats for the entered number, we currently don’t have the specific feature and you can use input mask 99,999 so when users enters 15000, it would show 15,000.
Though the input mask is available in the lite version, in case you have any further questions as the payment-related features come with the paid version of WPForms, could you please drop us a line through our contact page when you get the chance?
