# Currency conversion plugin not working.

 * I have installed **WooCommerce Multi-currency** plugin. And the currency is replacing
   with default currency while after switching to the other currency. Attached screenshots
   for your reference.

 * If I understand correctly, you are experiencing issues with the [WooCommerce Multi-Currency](https://woocommerce.com/products/multi-currency/)
   extension, is this correct?
 * Since this is related to a premium extension, please contact us directly at [WooCommerce.com → My Account → Support](https://woocommerce.com/my-account/create-a-ticket/?form=ticket).
   You will need to log in with the account used to purchase the extension before
   you can access that page.
 * As per the [forum guidelines](https://wordpress.org/support/guidelines/#do-not-post-about-commercial-products),
