cURL Timeouts with Cent OS 6?

I am getting cURL timeout errors between the Monster Insights Plugin and WP-Cerber that is stopping orders from going into Google Analytics.

Our server is running on Cent OS 6. Are there any changes I could make there to fix this. We have PHP 7.2 and the cURL 7.2 package up to date.
