cURL error 28: Operation timed out after 10000 milliseconds with 0 bytes receive

    Im trying to solve the error: cURL error 28: Operation timed out after 10000 milliseconds with 0 bytes received

    After contacting my host provider to check what might be happen, they asked me to check the following:

    – What kind of access the plugin does;
    – Which IP address the plugin tries to reach;

    Could someone answer such questions, please?
