Hello,
Sorry that you are having this issue. You have already disabled SSL Verification. Can you also check the following please:
- What version of Wordfence are you using?
- On the Diagnostics tab on the Tools page do you have green ticks in the Connectivity section?
- On the Diagnostics tab on the Tools page what is the value for Checking for cURL support in the PHP section?
Also it will be interesting to see what your hosting provider has to say.
1- worfence Version 6.3.5
2- connectivy to wordfence server http and https are ok ” green ”
3- value of cUrl support ” 7.36.0 ”
My hosting provider asked to give him FULL COMMAND cURL and API key , , I had done it , and still waiting.

Thanks for the feedback, they seem to be ok. It could also just be a temporary connection issue with the Wordfence servers so let us know the outcome and we can always investigate further for you.
