# cURL Error

    “Failed to fetch the RSS Feed. Error:
   cURL error 7: Couldn’t connect to host.” Thank you!

 * Could you tell us what Feed URL you are trying to import? We’d like to check 
   it by ourselves.
 * Alternatively, please check if the Feed URL is valid and you have access to the
   site.

 * The feed I was attempting is: [http://1001teafacts.com/feed](http://1001teafacts.com/feed)
   
   The feed is valid and I do have access to the site. Any valid feed from any site
   I try results in the same error message. Thank you!

 * We have checked your feed [http://1001teafacts.com/feed](http://1001teafacts.com/feed)
   and we can fetch the feed without a problem.
 * Since you’re saying:
 * > Any valid feed from any site I try results in the same error message.
 * You might have firewall or restriction issue on your server. Could you please
   confirm this matter with your host provider?

 * Thanks, Eric. I checked with the host and you are right, they block external 
   servers. Time for a new host!
