CURL communication error 60 SSL certificate problem

Hi,

I’m getting the following cURL error when trying Authorize the plugin. I have checked with GoDaddy and the SSL for my website is installed and working correctly.

Running WordPress 3.5.1 on Windows Server 2008 R2 Enterprise/

Any suggestions?
