Curious whitescreen on edit page on one page

    I used the free version off and on for the past year with no problems.
    I recently upgraded to paid 2 days ago.
    One of the pages goes into PHP error whitescreen when I try to edit it. This has never happened to me.
    I am only able to edit it without a whitescreen popping up if I disable my cache plugin, W3 Total Cache. I have not made any changes to its options for about a year. I don’t have nor have I ever had minify enabled.
    I get that the problem is there. But I’m going to ask here anyway to be thorough.
    This is a shot in the dark, but the only real change in my plugins in the past few days was this one. I know this plugin was just updated, anyone else having problems?

    Anything special or specific here that would merit an adjustment on a cache plugin?

    Any chance you can paste here what the PHP error is? If disabling the cache plugin resolves the issue then it’s unlikely (but still possible) that the problem is with us. Any errors that we can look into would be helpful.

    Thanks for responding to an issue that’s most apparently just the cache plugin, just wanted to give a heads up just in case because of the odd timing.
    I turned errors on last night, and got the following, also in my log. Just 4 common notifications. I’ll keep looking thanks, and also try to increase the time in the htaccess/php.ini. The page has a huge sound file, it’s possible (idk but i doubt it) that may be causing a timeout and I just need to up the time.

    No problem.

    Those errors are where PHP is trying to re-define PHP constants (namely WP_CRON_LOCK_TIMEOUT, AUTOSAVE_INTERVAL, WP_POST_REVISIONS and EMPTY_TRASH_DAYS).

    These are just notices and wouldn’t give you a white screen. “Timeout” is not an error, it’s the name of one of the constants previously mentioned.

    I suspect that these are not the errors causing your issue (although a quick google did also point towards a cache problem). Let me know if you find anything else that I can look into for you.

    Thanks, the email finally came in and it was Yoast.
    Yoast is probably conflicting in some way with cacheing.
