CTX Feed automatics restes fields

Hello,
I have activated custom fields in CTX Feed, but sometimes it keeps reseting the input that i type in, why i need to fill out the fields again.. This is very frustrating..
Have anyone experiencing the issues like me, or know how to fix it?

Hello Badal,
I’ve attached screenshot of the fields that the CTX plugin resets. I fill all the fields out, and then update the XML file via the “manage field” dashboard. But at random times, the plugin resets all the fields, why i need to fill them out again..

Thanks for taking the time to report the issue.
So, the issue you are trying to explain is, you have added a value to the custom fields(enabled by our plugin) but the value is getting removed or the product is resetting automatically.
If this is the issue, we will try to replicate it on our test site and will let you know if we find the issue. Also, we will try to fix it as soon as possible.

We are experiencing a similar issue with a clients site.
All of their GTIN data as disappeared from 2500 products.

Any news regarding this issue? I have been having this for a long time, and the issue is still there. Your plugin resets from time to time the customs fields.
How can this be fixed? It’s quite annoying having to input the data in the fields.

As we couldn’t replicate such an issue on our test site we are suspecting it’s a site-specific issue. So, it would be nice if you could create a support ticket here as we have to inspect the issue more deeply.
