    Hello,

Under “Basic Features” you state that you have function “Disable the following keys: CTRL+A, CTRL+C, CTRL+X,CTRL+S or CTRL+V.”

The problem is, that our customers still can CTRL+C and CTRL+V their email during checkout.

We have a “confirm your email” function where emails must match, that customers would receive their info to the correct email, but we noticed that sometimes customers still contact us with the problem that they didn’t get their order details.

After investigation we find out that the problem is that customers misspell their email and then do CTRL+C > CTRL+V of misspelled email to the “confirm your email” field.

In your plugin settings, we don’t see an option to disable CTRL commands so we would like to know how we could disable them.

    Hello,

But it is clearly said that disabling CTRL keys are under Basic Features and not in Pro Edition

And you can see that in this screenshot: https://i.imgur.com/6Vy6oU0.png

    Hello,

After checking the issue, Ctrl + C and Ctrl + V, are allowed by default inside forms, text fields & any content editable area in both free and pro version.
So, we may add an option to disable this feature on the editable fields in the upcoming versions.

    Hello,

Then you should change your provided information, because now it is misleading, that CTRL commands are not disabled everywhere

    (@adam1318)

    Hello,

Actually, we are firmly committed and responsible with our plugin information.

Basically, we enabled ctrl c and ctrl v by default in every editable fields like comment box and forms as the majority of our customers ask for that and we go with their demands. However, we offer ctrl c and ctrl v protextion in topic, essays and texts that required that and owned by the website.
In addition to,we mentioned in the last reply, we may add an option in the free plugin to enable and disable the ctrls settings in the editable fields in the upcoming updates.

I hope you get the point.

    Regards
