    Hi,

    Sorry to hear that. Could you please create a editor user for me to check this issue on your website? Please send the login details to [email redacted]

    Hi OnePress

    As per the forum rules:

    Plugin and theme authors may post their contact URL or even their email address in their own support sub-forum, but that should be a last resort thing.

    Forum members, including plugin and theme authors, should never ask for admin or FTP access to a server, MySQL, or WordPress installation.

    @keesiemeijer,

    Thank you for your information and your help at providing support for users.

    But I didn’t ask for admin access, I asked to create an editor user to get access to the post editor where the plugin works.

    It’s the single way to investigate and fix the issue because the plugin works only from WordPress Dashboard.

    Please open the plugin page
    http://wordpress.org/plugins/image-elevator/
    find “Visit OnePress help desk” and send the login details there.

    Hi, now it is working but I did not change anything, don’t know what happened.

    Sorry for the inconveniences.

    Hi,

    It might be a cache issue. Some old plugin files have been cached in your browser and now they have reset.

    No problem, always glad to help.

    Thank you for using the Image Elevator plugin.
