cTabs plugin: How can I link to a specific tab (3 posts)

I'd like to be able to link to a tab within a page. I tried using an HTML named anchor, but that link still takes me to the content that appears first, i.e. the first tab.

I want to put a link on the site's main menu that will go to the content in a specific tab. Adding an anchor within that tab's content doesn't do it.

Were you able to link to a specific tab?
I'm trying to find the solution for this as well.

I gave up on cTabs and wwent with WordPress Post Tabs

Once you have your tabs set up, you can hover over the tab name and use your browser's "Copy link location" feature and that'll give you a link to go directly to a tab:

See how links to two different tabs work at http://staffordanimalshelter.org/about-us/#tabs-4-0-0 and http://staffordanimalshelter.org/about-us/#tabs-4-0-3
Those are two different tabs (About, and Financial Information) on the same About Us page in a site that I created for our animal shelter.
