Hello,

I’m trying to use the CSV upload function, but which tracking_provider name should I use?

I shipping with Deutsche Post DHL Germany.

I’ve tried using “Deutsche Post DHL”, but that dosent work.

Yes you need to use – ‘Deutsche Post DHL’ as a tracking_provider.

Thank for the answer, but that dosen’t work as I wrote.

I get the error “3 tracking numbers import failed due to invalid shipping provider”
