CSv or Excel chart not importing properly

    Check the settings page of the plugin. Also on the table check the column data source type (text, integer, float, date etc).

    Hello there. Thank you for reaching out to us.

    @wrathyimp thank you for your assistance! @mariangio – on top of what wrathyimp suggested, make sure that the number and the date formats are the same in wpDataTables settings as they are in your CSV or Excel file.

    Also, make sure to add a column header in the first column – the plugin needs headers for each column, so this too can cause issues.
