CSV import only adds 3 categories

    when i import a csv it doesnt create 2 out of the 5 cateogries imported to the relevant pages. Team & Competition are blank and also not listed as an option to chhose when i go to each page.

    the WCK taxonomy creator has the correct info as it works for the other 3.

    can anyone help?
