Support » Plugin: Advanced Shipment Tracking for WooCommerce » CSV import impossible – Invalid shipping provider

I spent 3 hours preparing a list with tracking numbers to update orders from the last month, and when I wanted to upload the list, I only get “Failed – Invalid Shipping Provider” for every order number. But of course, I entered “Canada Post” absolute exactly as the name of the shipping provider appears in your list.
It drives me nuts. What a waste of time.

    Hello @volkerforster ,

We checked bulk CSV import but we can’t replicate this issue. We tried with “Canada Post” and tracking information added successfully to the orders.

Can you send here the CSV file which you try to import on your website so we can check it?

    Thanks,

This forum doesn’t offer me to send you a file. Otherwise, I would have sent it already.

But it is not important. I just learned that I don’t need to add the tracking numbers anymore I actually had to add to 150+ older orders.

    Thank you and don’t worry.

Ok, you can always save the file on file sharing apps like Dropbox or Google drive as public file and share the link here..
    Good day 🙂
