[resolved] CSV import failed! Header 12 should be 'infoopen', not 'infoopen 2' (3 posts)

    Hi,

Using Pro version. Trying to import a CSV made in excel, saved as .csv.

    Get:

    CSV import failed!

Header 12 should be 'infoopen', not 'infoopen 2'

The first marker is ID 2, so it looks like the first line after the header is not being deliminated. It's just adding it to the end of the header (infoopen 2)

    This stops it from importing.

Any ideas how we can get this fixed so I can import locations.

    Thanks

I got around by saving, then opening in text editor and copying the headers from the original csv.

Not sure why/where the formatting when strange in between, but this worked.

The problem seems to be something to do with Excel. Open the file in a text editor add a comma and 'infoopen' and it seems to work.

(Adding the comma in Excel doesn't solve the problem).
