# CSV import error: Temporary file not found

 * I try to upload csv file but returns the message:
    Temporary file not found. 
   Could not save <file>
 * I have three sites, in two work ok, but in the third alwais retunr tis message.
 * The csv file is the same in the three cases.
 * Any idea?

 * It sounds like it could be a server permission error.
 * Are you able to contact your host and see if they can help with the permissions?
 * Also, do images or other files upload?

 * Indeed, I have had problems with the temporary directory on my host.
    I have 
   already solved. Thank you.
