[resolved] CSV export returning only first 99 registrants? (5 posts)

CSV export function is returning only the first 99 registrants when I try to export an event that has over 400. In my error logs I can see this:

PHP Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 134217728 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 8208 bytes) in [...]/public/wp-content/plugins/events-manager/classes/em-booking.php on line 81, referer: [...]/wp-admin/edit.php?post_type=event&page=events-manager-bookings&event_id=4

As you can see I have already increased the PHP memory limit to 128M, which should be plenty to generate a 400 row CSV right? I even tried increasing this to 512M and it still didn't work. What is going on? Has anyone else had this problem?

I increased the memory limit to 768M and the export produced only 150 of my expected 433 registrants...something must be wrong. Any help is appreciated. Using current stable versions of Events Manager and Events Manager Pro.

to narrow down the problem have you tried to temporarily :

    - deactivating all other plugins to see if this resolves the problem. If this works, re-activate the plugins one by one until you find the problematic plugin(s).
    - switching to the default theme to rule out any theme-specific problems

I'll keep answering this on the pro forum since you posted it there and I answered you already.

    The problem was theme-specific.
