 * my CSS tab is empty and says “CSS files not found”. Rescan doesn’t help. What
   to do?

 * Ah, yes,
 * I used commonwp that uses jsndelivr CDN. Now it’s off and CSS is visable for 
   WP Performance. Now I can try combining scripts and css.
