 * okay i just installed wordpress…
    everyone is talking about the default look 
   of the index.php and the “big green banner,” but i dont see any banner at all–
   nor do i see any css styles. its like the index file doesnt call any css.. so
   i cant figure out why after editing the wp-layout.css file, my index doesnt “
   respond” to the changes. TIA
